Sapphire I.C.D.S. treats the provider, model, and profile as three separate managed entities. This makes it possible to assign the right configuration to a specific task, disable unsuitable options centrally, and change technology choices without redesigning business modules.

The internal AI agent operates inside the authenticated Sapphire I.C.D.S. environment and uses native module tools, ranging from data retrieval to strictly authorised changes. The server assembles the available action set from global policy, group permissions, and the settings of the specific session.
